Fantastic experience. I am a solo female traveler and Jeremy Tours was safe, reliable and professional. I got 5hrs of private taxi service and went to explore several cenotes. My driver, Gustavo, even took me to a store to buy soda! I had a great time. I can easily recommend this service (taxi, transport, tour) to anybody who wants to enjoy Tulum in comfort and safety. This service was wonderful. I emailed them looking at the reviews, they reply me instantly for almost half hour we did conversion as I had lots of questions, they were  patienantly replying. From the moment we booked until the day we were dropped off at the airport, Jeremy Transfers exceeded our expectations. This was our first time visiting Tulum, so we had plenty of questions, and their customer service was exceptional from the very beginning. Every message was answered quickly, communication was clear and transparent, and we always felt supported and informed before we even arrived. That level of reliability gave us so much peace of mind.

We booked round-trip transportation between the airport and Dreams Tulum, and both rides were seamless. Our drivers, Gustavo and Manuel were punctual, professional, and incredibly friendly. They made us feel safe, welcomed, and well taken care of throughout each trip. The vehicles were spotless, comfortable, and air-conditioned exactly what you want after a flight.

Everything happened exactly as promised, with on-time pickups and excellent communication throughout. It's rare to find a company that is this dependable, and it made our vacation that much more enjoyable.

Jeremy Tours was amazing. Quick to respond, great pricing, amazing service. We booked a private driver for a personalized day tour to the Tulum archeological site, Cenote Taak Bi Ha, and Cenote Corazon del Paraiso. I had a great experience with Jeremy tours. We had some delay upon arrival with our baggage and they were very patient. We had the ruins tour which was amazing and we changed hotels during our stay. Each time we were notified of arrival time the night before and the day of we were given the driver's name and the vehicle number. Inside the vans were clean and cool with AC and water and Gatorade.
