 Verified Tulum trip with friends
We had a great experience with Jeremy tours. We first booked him just for airport transfer but ended up using him for all activities around tulum. He was very responsive and communicated well. He was able to arrange drivers last minute which was very helpful in our fluid itenary. Thank you for your services. We felt very safe and well taken care of.

 Verified Tulum airport transfer
We had a round-trip transfer to from Tulum airport to Vidanta resort. We were greeted by the driver who had arrived early and it was easy to find him. He was very prompt and delivered us to our destination. And then on the return home once again the Driver was prompt. Very professional company and I would highly recommend it.

 Verified Excellent travel experience
Jeremy Tours is the best partner we had for exploring the Riviera Maya. We hired their transportation services from the airport, a tour to Xcaret, and a tour of Cobá and Cenotes. They have very good vehicles, reliable drivers, knowledgeable about the tourist attractions, and they share the history of the places. Thanks to the Jeremy Tours team

Verified Best tour company in Tulum!
We went out on a Cenote tour with Rodrigo and it was brilliant! We spent the whole day and over Rodrigo was clear that we were looking for quieter Cenotes, not so much underground, he literally tailor made the experience on the spot. We were able to stop for a coffee and a sandwich and he even took us to run into a supermarket to grab a couple of things. He was super fun and friendly, kind and very polite. We liked the company so much, we’re using it again this morning to take us to Playa del Carmen to get the ferry over to Cozumel. Fully recommend.

 Verified Great tulum trip
We were on a all girls trip and booked a 6hr round trip tour of tulum customised to the places we wanted to see. Rodrigo was a great driver.he took care of us so well. It was easy to speak with him . he was always just a phone call away and looking out for us. We were at ease throughout the trip and enjoyed our girls trip because we felt safe being in good hands. Weather was hot and he had ice cold water n gatorade ready after each of our tours. Pick up and drop off was smooth.

Verified Incredible they make our six days into tulum a great experienceIncredible they make our six days into loom a great exper
Jeremy and his group of drivers were exceptionally good. They waited on us patiently and were incredibly polite. It was also important to note that they returned after we had completed the roundtrip payment first, which was important lol. Overall, they provided exceptional service, and I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience. I am a solo female traveler and Jeremy Tours was safe, reliable and professional. I got 5hrs of private taxi service and went to explore several cenotes. My driver, Gustavo, even took me to a store to buy soda! I had a great time. I can easily recommend this service (taxi, transport, tour) to anybody who wants to enjoy Tulum in comfort and safety. Prices were very reasonable and Jeremy (the owner) is very fair and communicative. Muchas gracias!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we booked until the day we were dropped off at the airport, Jeremy Transfers exceeded our expectations. This was our first time visiting Tulum, so we had plenty of questions, and their customer service was exceptional from the very beginning. Every message was answered quickly, communication was clear and transparent, and we always felt supported and informed before we even arrived. That level of reliability gave us so much peace of mind. We booked round-trip transportation between the airport and Dreams Tulum, and both rides were seamless. Our drivers, Gustavo and Manuel were punctual, professional, and incredibly friendly. They made us feel safe, welcomed, and well taken care of throughout each trip. The vehicles were spotless, comfortable, and air-conditioned exactly what you want after a flight. Everything happened exactly as promised, with on-time pickups and excellent communication throughout. It's rare to find a company that is this dependable, and it made our vacation that much more enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to Gustavo, Manuel, and the entire Jeremy Transfers team for making our first trip to Tulum such a great experience. We will absolutely use your services again on our next visit and will gladly recommend you to anyone traveling to the area. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jeremy Tours was amazing. Quick to respond, great pricing, amazing service. We booked a private driver for a personalized day tour to the Tulum archeological site, Cenote Taak Bi Ha, and Cenote Corazon del Paraiso. We then hired them again to drive us from Akumal to the airport. I will only book with this company any time I’m in Riviera Maya. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I had a great experience with Jeremy tours. We had some delay upon arrival with our baggage and they were very patient. We had the ruins tour which was amazing and we changed hotels during our stay. Each time we were notified of arrival time the night before and the day of we were given the driver's name and the vehicle number. Inside the vans were clean and cool with AC and water and Gatorade. Everyone was super friendly and we will use them again on our next visit to Tulum.
